How do I place an order?
All orders can be placed directly through our website. If you need help placing an order, please reach out to us via chat or the Contact form. We’ll be happy to assist you.
When will my order be ready?
The earliest an order can be ready is 48 hours after it’s placed. If you’d like to order ahead for a later pickup date, please select your preferred date at checkout.
We currently offer two pickup time slots: 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM and 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM. Please select your preferred time at checkout.
If you need an item (other than sourdough bread) earlier than 48 hours, feel free to reach out. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Where are you located?
We're located in Naperville, IL near the Tall Grass neighborhood. The exact pickup address is shared on your receipt once your order is confirmed.
Do you offer shipping or delivery?
Not at this time. All orders are pickup only.
Can I walk in to buy bread?
We're a small home-based microbakery, so all loaves are baked to order. We don't keep extras for walk-ins.
How long does your bread stay fresh?
Our sourdough stays fresh at room temperature for 3-5 days. It also freezes beautifully. Just slice before freezing and place in airtight bags for up to 3 months. To enjoy, toast straight from the freezer.
Do you use commercial yeast?
No. All our breads are naturally leavened with wild sourdough starter, no commercial yeast.
Are your products made in a commercial kitchen?
All Neet Breads products are made in a registered home kitchen under the Illinois Cottage Food Law. We follow strict practice guidelines for every step of preparation to ensure food safety and full compliance with Cottage Food Law standards.
