At Neet Breads, each product is handcrafted in small batches and made to order. Because our products are perishable, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please review the details below before placing your order.
No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final once payment is made.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Orders not picked up during the scheduled time window.

Natural variations in appearance, color, shape, or texture — each item is handcrafted in small batches, so minor differences are part of the artisanal process.
Quality Concerns
If there is a genuine issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong item or a quality concern):

Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos if possible.

We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or partial credit toward a future order.
Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided production hasn’t begun.

Once dough preparation starts, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
